PCR SOng

Salam..SAje je nak buat kemunculan kat blog ni. kawan aku jumpe lagu ni kay internet. Lawak haram pasal lagu ni cite pasal PCR or Polymerase Chain Reaction. yakni satu proses yang kite gunakan untuk banyakkan (multiply) jumlah DNA daripada DNA sample yang ada.

Contohnye, polis nak siasat crime, rogol la sebagai contoh. Forensik akan amek pape tinggalan tubuh badan perogol tersebut untuk ekstrak DNA. pape sahaja tinggalan tubuh - bodily fluid, nails, hairs, etc etc.

DNA yg de pada sample tu mungkin sikit untuk dibuat test banyak2 kali, so PCR digunakan untuk "klon" kan DNA-DNA tersebut supaya banyak kali boleh kene test!

Sape balajau bio tahulah mereka.. nyway, just enjoy the song..actually its a commercial, promoting a PCR machine.
